TOMMY LOFGREN

I am both a mental health practitioner and yoga teacher. I grew up, and spent majority of my life in the Carolinas . . .but, ten years in, I've established my own mental health practice here in Tri-Cities, WA. In my solo practice, I've worked with individuals and couples to deepen and broaden their horizons around safety and security in secure attachments. Much of my passion and personal training has been around navigating disconnects, attachment trauma, and self-image through non-pathologized approaches, including emotionally focused therapy, somatic awareness, breathwork, and mindful movement.

After graduating from my 200HR Yoga Teacher training, with Lifted Lotus Yoga in Kennewick, WA, I've dedicated more time and commitment to offering more safe spaces to practice and build attunement through the practice of yoga. I've had the pleasure of offering classes in-studio, in the park, and with local businesses, including Kiona Winery, Hedges Family Estates, Dalset Wines, & more.
