Please join me on an attunement adventure, helping you and your partner deepen your bond with one another. In this workshop, you and your partner will navigate challenging conversations about vulnerability and what that means when building a secure attachment. Attunement is Key!

Consult and Discussion

You have the opportunity to connect with other couples and are given the opportunity to consult about continuing couples work with me.

Why Join this Couples Workshop?

  • You can begin to broaden your horizons around vulnerability and deepening in your relationship.

  • You can work alongside your partner to take risks in the context of a safe space with a couples therapist.

  • You are provided additional tools and resources for building closeness outside of the workshop.

  • You will work in a space with couples from various backgrounds and experiences, building resonance.

  • While vulnerability is shared, there will be space for humor and fun as well.
