Whether you’re in a relationship, single, or a regular yogi looking for another opportunity to connect to self. . . It’s all about attunement to your own heart space!
Come practice pranayama centered on the heart chakra, and experience sound and movement that gets you “right to the heart” of the intention for our event — to bring you back home to self.
