About the event
Join me on Saturday, November 22nd from 11AM–1PM for a cozy holiday-inspired gathering where we root ourselves in gratitude and celebrate the season together. 🍂🍷
We’ll begin with a dharmic reflection and guided meditation to hold space for gratitude, followed by a slow, breath-centered vinyasa flow designed to align, strengthen, and center the body and mind. This hour-long practice will leave you grounded, refreshed, and connected.
After class, unwind with community during a social hour—complete with a complimentary wine pour from the beautiful Dalset Wines. 🧘♀️ + 🍷 = the perfect holiday blend!
