Join us in Benton City for an energizing and grounding yoga experience where we embrace our inner fire — Agni.
This will be a beautiful VIN/YIN class that embraces activation and ease, combining the powerful flow of breath with movement. Focused on Agni (our inner fire), this vital energy fuels transformation, powering purification and digestion, both mentally and physically.
Embrace postures that invite strength and power, centering attention to our solar plexus, the area of our core that will light up that Agni within each of us! We'll end the last segment of class with softer poses that allow space to focus on your own intention and welcome in more passive, longer held poses for deepening the connection with the body.
