Join me for some morning cardio, as we complete a 30 minute run along the Columbia River! After our run, we'll spend the rest of our time moving through a deep stretch practice, focusing on alignment and building connection to the muscles as we slow down together!

About the event

Looking to build a run community that also centers on yoga/mindful movement?

Join me for a special "River Run & Deep Stretch" class that gives you the opportunity to wake up the body AND find some external motivation. 

Even if you're wanting to get into running, I'll be a happy beacon of encouragement in the time that we spend together!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Meet for a beautiful 30 minute run along the Columbia River at 9am sharp.
  • Prior to the run, we'll do a quick 5 minute stretch to prepare the muscles for movement.
  • Keeping in mind your own pace, run may be approx. 2 - 3 miles. 
  • Meet back at determined meeting spot around 9:35am for a 30 minute deep stretch yoga practice!
