THIS FALL YOGA CLASS WILL BE A VINYASA STYLE CLASS
As someone who is gay and openly queer, I am excited to lead the community in a special flow centered on embracing change, as we celebrate a new season and set new intentions together.

What is this event about?
This is a VINYASA style class. You can expect a beautiful opening meditation and pranayama, breathwork practice. After our opening meditation, we'll move into some active movement that invites you to build a deeper connection to your body, aligning breath with movement. You will find that I like to teach from an intuitive style, allowing space for some structure (sun sals, warriorā¦
