YOGA AT THE PEACOCK
Come feel enlivened and refreshed at this special Vin-Yin yoga event in Kennewick.
This Vin-Yin will have you flowing and vibing as we warm up the breath and body together.
Let's embody the beach vibes as we soak up the heat and activate the muscles, spending the first half of class moving the muscles, focusing on aligning breath to body as we energize through dynamic and active movement. In the last portion of our hour vin-yin, expect to focus on softness and ease as we cool down and hold postures for 3-5 minutes to sink into the deeper connective tissues of the body.
