👋Hello Tri-Cities! Firstly, this class is for everyone! As part of my 300-HR Yoga Teacher Training, I am providing a free prenatal yoga class. This class will be a soft, support-focused sequence, that is centered on softening and creating space to connect inward. Extra props provided!✨
