Attune to You - Feel Your Pride Yoga!!!

THIS IS OUR SPECIAL PRIDE EDITION "Yoga in the Park" class --> another VINYASA style Class! 

As someone who is gay and openly queer, I am excited to lead the community in a special flow centered on embracing change, as we celebrate a new season, and setting new intentions.

What is this event about?

This is a VINYASA style class. You can expect a beautiful opening meditation and pranayama, breathwork practice. After our opening meditation, we'll move into some active movement that invites you to build a deeper connection to your body, aligning breath with movement. You will find that I like to teach from an intuitive style, allowing space for some structure (sun sals, warrior dances, and creative transitions), while inviting time to focus back on breath and staying in the flow as you listen to what your body needs! 

Donation-based!!!! (Cash, or or a Venmo QR code is provided during class, so you can pay however much you're able to)

This practice is meant to help you attune to whatever may arise (allowing you space to connect, understand, and shift into a one-pointed focus) as you start to build a deeper connection to self. In Attune to You, you  can be a beginner or seasoned yogi and still find some beautiful source of inspiration in the process of building YOUR practice. Let's create a space to connect to self and other(s).
