First Cultivate Connection yoga practice event -- ATTUNE TO YOU. My name is Tommy Lofgren, MA LMHC, counselor and 200 HR yoga instructor (recently graduated from Lifted Lotus Yoga's YTT program). This is a Vinyasa style practice with active movement, and beginners are welcome! **Donations accepted**

About the event
As the sole provider of Cultivate Connection Counseling, I created Attune to You as another resource for providing a space to those I hope to serve within the community. I am excited to offer this new class as an offering for connecting deeper to yourself and your body. I look forward to meeting you, and I hope that you will gain new perspectives as you witness yourself and the themes and/or practices that you embark on within this space! This is a donation-based offering (suggested donation of $5, but not required).
This is a VINYASA style class. What this entails is a beginning meditation and breathing practice, followed by active movement. You can expect to tap into some beautiful energy as we make space to build heat in our bodies, and then begin to soak that energy in as we slow down towards the end! This practice is meant to…

Attune 2 You Yoga
This is a donation-based offering. Suggested $5 donation, but feel free to offer what you can. A donation bowl will be provided in the space for your offering. These donations go towards yoga space props (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, etc.). If you have questions, please reach out to me and I'll be happy to make space for you. This will become a consistent offering as we move forward!
